How to use

Start by soaking your hair in warm water to help it open up to nutrients in the shampoo. Then lather up using about a quarter-size amount of shampoo (a little more if you have longer hair). Start at the roots and working your way to the ends. Then breathe in and give yourself a gentle scalp massage. This not only helps clean away grime, but can also increase blood flow to the hair follicles and help you relax. Last, gently rinse off off using cool water to seal the outer layer of your hair.
